

Meet Howie, your friendly home helper.
The home for all things home, I created Howie with my team at Veterans United to assist new homebuyers in setting up and scheduling everything they need to get settled. From moving services to insurance, cable and utilities, homebuyers can focus on getting packed up and let Howie worry about the “hows” of their move.
As a character, Howie provides a constant point of contact for customers in an industry with high turnover – so even if they speak with a different consultant each time they use the service, Howie is always there to greet them and serve as a familiar place to land.
Howie’s email series was created as a comfortable transition for the homebuyer.
Howie introduces his client to their human consultant, who gets to know the customer and provides some fun facts (like their favorite ice cream flavor or their favorite band in high school) to help their homebuyer feel more connected to Howie’s human counterparts.
