As the sole copywriter for all 25 of Veterans United’s retail branch locations, I worked with a broad array of personalities and dynamics within the Veterans United portfolio.
I used multiple copy formulas – most frequently the P.A.S.T. formula to help our potential customers recognize the ways homebuying could be in their best interest. My writing for this brand aimed to build trust and credibility, and I always pushed to make the home loan process more transparent by providing clear and concise educational materials.
